Firstly confirm the customer username & name .

If customer is complaining about he/her is not getting speed as per their Internet Plan then check below things .

  1. Firstly take information from customer that how much MBPS speed customer is getting .
  2. Check customer current Internet Plan .
  3. Assume Internet Plan is 50 MBPS but customer is getting speed below 50 MBPS then ask customer to reboot the router and check .
  4. If still not getting the speed then check customer is in full WiFi range or Not .
  5. After all troubleshooting customer does not get the speed then raise a complaint regarding speed issue .
